Kent’s Take:
“Gnomeo & Juliet” is, of course, the animated retelling of the Shakespeare classic, using cute garden gnomes.
With a wonderful premise and such cute characters, it’s easy to imagine this tragedy transformed into a fun, heartwarming story.
Unfortunately, it never blossoms beyond the basics.
