The Plot: While at Oxford, Howard Marks (Rhys Ifans) gets an additional education in the benefits of drug use. When his school mate and friend is arrested in Germany with 100 lbs. of hashish, he convinces Marks to drive the other 50 lb. shipment across Europe. Marks finds he gets a charge of excitement at each successful border crossing. The difference between a drug dealer and user is that a dealer buys more than he can smoke.
